What if I need an advance invoice to buy a ticket?

When purchasing a ticket through the Paysera system, select the option for an advance invoice and complete the bank transfer. The system will automatically send your ticket to you after payment is received.

What if I have food allergies?

Please send an email to info@balticseosummit.lt at least two weeks in advance, and we will notify the restaurant. During the event, please find an organizer or volunteer — they will guide you to a separate food line.

Will I get the presentation slides?

Most speakers have agreed to share their slides. You will receive them after the event, along with photos, a thank-you note, and information about our sponsors.

What is the dress code for the pre-event welcome party and after-party?

The official dress code is smart casual. We welcome attendees in suits and evening dresses, as well as those who prefer more comfortable footwear.

Workshops are hands-on sessions where participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and access their project data. Together with the instructor, you’ll explore practical solutions that can be applied immediately.

What is a Mastermind?

A Mastermind is an intimate session featuring slides and multimedia. Groups of 5–15 people meet in an informal setting for 60–90 minutes to interact with the speaker, ask questions, discuss ideas, and share experiences.

What’s your refund policy?

Participants may withdraw and request a refund no later than 21 days before the conference. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@balticseosummit.lt.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. Please inform us in advance to update the ticket holder’s name. Write to info@balticseosummit.lt.

Do I need a visa to visit Lithuania?
