This Privacy Policy describes how UAB Rocket Science Baltics (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of participants (“Participants”) of the Baltic-Nordic SEO Summit 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the Conference”), taking place on March 19–20, 2026, in Vilnius, Lithuania, and online.

We process personal data for the following purposes: – Registration and management of participation in the Conference. – Issuing invoices and managing payments through Paysera. – Communication with Participants before, during, and after the Conference. – Marketing activities, including newsletters, only with the Participant’s explicit consent. – Documentation and promotion of the Conference through photography and video recording. – Ensuring security and compliance with applicable Lithuanian and EU regulations. The processing is based on: – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (participation in the event); – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations (accounting, taxation); – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent (newsletter, marketing communications, image use); – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests (event organization, communication, safety).
The Organizer may collect the following categories of personal data: – Identification data: name, surname, company name, position. – Contact details: email address, phone number, billing address. – Payment data (processed by Paysera as an independent controller). – Image and voice data (photos, video, livestream footage). – Communication preferences and marketing consents.
We collect data directly from Participants through registration forms on our website or via our payment partner Paysera. Additional data may be collected during the Conference (photos, videos, interviews).
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: – Registration and invoicing data: 10 years (as required by Lithuanian accounting law); – Marketing and newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn; – Video and photographic material: for documentation and promotional use, up to 5 years unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
We may share personal data with: – Paysera (payment processing provider); – IT, website hosting, and communication service providers; – Video production and event organization partners; – The venue management company (for access control); – Public authorities, if required by law. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements ensuring compliance with GDPR.

Participants may subscribe to the Organizer’s newsletter to receive information about future events and educational materials. Subscription is voluntary and based on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in received emails.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to data is restricted to authorized employees and partners only.
