These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the Baltic-Nordic SEO Summit 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the Conference”), organized by UAB Rocket Science Baltics, company code 304847978, VAT LT100012747918, address: Žeimenos g. 85, Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). The Conference will take place on March 19–20, 2026, in Vilnius, Lithuania, and will also be streamed online.
1. Registration for participation in the Conference implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Conference program, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.
3. The Conference will be both an in-person and online event. Online participation details will be communicated to registered Participants.
4. Any capitalized terms used in this document shall have the meanings assigned to them in the context of the Conference regulations.
1. Registration for the Conference is carried out exclusively online through the official website of the Organizer.
2. A Participant is a natural or legal person who has completed the registration process and received a valid ticket.
3. Submission of the registration form and payment constitutes the conclusion of the participation contract between the Participant and the Organizer.
4. Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s separate Privacy Policy.
1. The participation fee is determined by the ticket type selected during registration.
2. Payment can be made via online payment systems made available by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer will issue electronic VAT invoices to the email address provided during registration.
4. The registration is valid only after the payment is successfully processed.
1. The number of in-person participants is limited and determined by the Organizer. Access to the venue will be granted based on the order of completed registrations and payments.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to entities deemed to be in direct competition with the Organizer’s business activities.
1. Participants may withdraw from the contract and request a refund no later than 21 days before the Conference.
2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@balticseosummit.lt.
3. After this period, refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, at the Organizer’s discretion.
4. In the event of Conference cancellation by the Organizer, all paid fees will be refunded within 14 working days.
1. The Conference will be recorded and photographed for documentation, promotional, and archival purposes.
2. By participating in the Conference, both in person and online, Participants consent to the recording and use of their image and voice by the Organizer without territorial or time limitations.
3. The Organizer may publish such recordings on websites and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
4. Participants who wish to withdraw their consent must notify the Organizer in writing via email.
1. Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions, venue regulations, and any safety instructions provided by the Organizer.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the venue any person who violates the rules or disrupts the event.
3. Participants are responsible for their own property and personal safety during the Conference.
1. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from events beyond its control, including force majeure.
2. The Organizer’s liability is limited to the amount of the participation fee paid by the Participant.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred by Participants.
1. All materials presented during the Conference, including lectures, presentations, and recordings, are protected by copyright.
2. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing of such materials without written consent from the Organizer is prohibited.
3. Participants may use the provided materials solely for personal and educational purposes.
1. Complaints related to the Conference may be submitted within 14 days after the event to info@balticseosummit.lt.
2. Each complaint must include the Participant’s name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. The Organizer will respond to complaints within 30 working days of receipt.
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations.
2. Any disputes arising from participation in the Conference that cannot be settled amicably shall be resolved by the competent court in Lithuania.
1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be published on the official event website.
2. The Terms and Conditions enter into force on October 15, 2025, and remain valid until amended or replaced.
3. By completing registration, the Participant confirms acceptance of all provisions contained herein.
